Batman vs. Robin is a direct-to-video animated film that is part of the DC Animated Movie Universe. The film is partially based on the Batman: The Court of Owls story arc written by Scott Snyder, and Batman: Born to Kill story arc written by Peter Tomasi. The film serves as a sequel to 2014’s Son of Batman and is the movie right after Justice League: Throne of Atlantis in the DCAU continuity.
